911 Restoration Upstate is a local, independent restoration company, not a national call center. When you call, a person in the Upstate answers, gets your address, and sends the nearest crew. We have spent more than 15 years drying Easley and Upstate homes, and we have dried over 4,000 properties in that time.

We do one thing and do it well: water. Storm and creek flooding, crawl space and basement water, burst and frozen pipes, supply line and appliance leaks, water heater failures, sewage backups, extraction, and structural drying. How we work

Our technicians are IICRC certified in water damage restoration and applied structural drying, and we are fully licensed and insured in South Carolina. We reach most of the Upstate in 45 to 75 minutes, document the loss with photos and daily moisture readings, and bill your insurance carrier directly.
